Job Summary

Roongta Developers is looking for an experienced Tendering Engineer with robust knowledge of Government Tenders, e-Tendering, tender documentation, estimation, and bidding processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tendering cycle from tender identification and document preparation to submission and post-tender coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate suitable Government and Private Tender opportunities related to real estate and construction projects.
- Handle the complete tendering process from pre-bid stage to final submission.
- Have strong knowledge of Government Tendering procedures, eligibility criteria, EMD, tender fees, security deposits, and contract conditions.
- Review and understand tender documents, BOQ, technical specifications, drawings, terms & conditions, and scope of work.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents as per tender requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors,



and vendors for required tender information and documentation.
- Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, estimates, costing, and price bids.
- Coordinate for obtaining quotations from suppliers/subcontractors and evaluate rates.
- Prepare tender queries and coordinate for pre-bid meetings and clarifications.
- Manage online tender submission through relevant Government e-Tendering portals.
- Ensure timely submission of all tender documents within prescribed deadlines.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, tender status, EMDs, deadlines, and results.
- Monitor tender corrigendums, amendments, and updates and ensure necessary changes are incorporated.
- Coordinate with the finance/accounts team for EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other financial requirements.
- Assist in contract review, work orders, and post-award documentation.
- Prepare tender MIS and regular reports for management.
- Maintain a database of government departments, contractors, consultants, and tender opportunities.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
