Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Source-to-Pay (S2P) Specialist to configure, support, and optimize Oracle Fusion Procurement and Accounts Payable processes.

Responsibilities

- Configure and support Sourcing, Requisitioning, Purchasing, Receiving, Supplier Management, SLM, Supplier Portal, Catalogs, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, and Payments.
- Configure sourcing events, supplier evaluations, awards, procurement controls, approval workflows, and purchasing rules.
- Support supplier onboarding, supplier master governance, invoice matching, payment processing, and financial close activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and support integrations, upgrades, testing, enhancements, and process optimization.
- Support governance, SOX/internal controls, audit requirements, and segregation of duties.
- Prepare documentation and provide user training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

- 3+ years of Oracle Fusion Procurement / Source-to-Pay implementation and support experience.
- Strong hands-on experience across Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, SLM, AP, Invoice Matching, Approval Workflows, and Payment Processing.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay and three-way matching.
- Experience with multi-entity Oracle Fusion Cloud environments, approval workflows, controls, and governance.
- SQL/data query fundamentals and strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Oracle Cloud Procurement and AP certifications,



or equivalent experience.

Preferred

- Oracle Cloud Procurement, Finance, or Integration certifications.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Procurement integrations.
- Experience with external supplier/financial system integrations.
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing, procurement best practices, SOX/internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Experience with large-scale, multi-entity Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
