About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure that projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong site coordination skills, positive knowledge of construction practices, and the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, workers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and workers.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Check dimensions, levels, measurements, and construction details.
- Ensure proper execution of civil, finishing, electrical, plumbing, and other site works.
- Track daily progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely solutions.
- Maintain daily site reports, work updates, material records, and labour details.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage at the site.
- Supervise labour and subcontractors and allocate work as required.
- Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the construction site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the management/architect.




- Coordinate with the design team regarding drawing revisions and site requirements.
- Assist in measurements, quantity verification, and checking completed works.
- Ensure that construction work follows the required specifications and standards.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Prior experience in construction/site supervision is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Willingness to travel to and work at project sites.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an advantage.

Experience

Preferred: 1–5 years of experience in construction/site supervision.

Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and strong practical knowledge may also be considered for a junior position.
