We are looking for ambitious, driven and commercially minded Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable properties and taking transactions from initial conversation through to closure.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. There is no fixed salary, and your earnings will be directly linked to the business you generate and transactions you close.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new buyer, seller, landlord and tenant leads through calls, networking, referrals and personal outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Understand client requirements, budgets and investment objectives.
- Source and present suitable luxury residential properties.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Negotiate commercial terms between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to transaction closure.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and build a solid personal pipeline.
- Develop relationships with developers, channel partners, brokers and other industry stakeholders.
- Stay updated on Gurgaon and Delhi NCR's luxury real estate market.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients and transactions in the company's CRM.

- Knowledge of Gurgaon/Delhi NCR real estate is a robust advantage.
- Previous real estate, luxury sales, automobile, wealth management or high-ticket sales experience is preferred.

Freshers with exceptional communication skills, confidence and a strong sales mindset are also encouraged to apply.
