Location: Perumbakkam, Chennai

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Lead Generation.

Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate and improve the quality of leads.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Test audiences, creatives, and targeting strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversions.

Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Valuable understanding of lead generation and campaign analytics.
- Experience in the construction field is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
