Role Description

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Pune. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.

The role will involve researching social media trends, developing content ideas, creating posts and stories, coordinating with the design and marketing teams, and monitoring engagement and performance. The intern will also support digital marketing campaigns, brainstorming sessions, community management, and basic social media reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing social media content.
- Research trending topics, formats, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Create and coordinate social media posts, stories, and other content.
- Assist with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and content strategies.




- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for content execution.
- Monitor engagement, reach, and other basic social media metrics.
- Assist with responding to comments and messages when required.
- Prepare basic performance reports and suggest content improvements.

Qualifications

- understanding of Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Valuable understanding of major social media platforms.
- Ability to generateBasic creative content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or content creation tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics is preferred.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced agency environment.

Internship Details

Position: Social Media Marketing Intern

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid

Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Stipend: Up to ₹5,000/month
