Managing Civil projects, ensuring profitability, cash flows and customer satisfaction of projects including execution excellence covering Design, Engineering, Construction and Contract Commercial.
Sound knowledge of Civil Structural & Interior works
Knowledge of Statutory compliances & Labour laws applicable for construction Industry like BOCW, welfare mandates, Municipal/ Civil Royalties, Environmental clearances, Occupancy certificates etc., besides Liaisoning
Resource mobilization/ management capabilities covering structural designs, form works, shuttering, staging, Plant & Machineries, Batching Plants/ RMC, Labour contractors, Site infra with utilities
Project Management and Contract Management
Resource management and allocating work as per the resource planning
Drive efficiencies and productivity
Ensure quality and timeliness of project execution
Adherence to safety practices
