Registered Nurse – Clinic Operations & Patient Care

About the Role

We are a single-doctor specialty clinic looking for a responsible, well-presented and patient-friendly Registered Nurse who can manage both clinical and front-office responsibilities.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is comfortable interacting with patients, managing reception and appointments, supporting the doctor during consultations/procedures, and assisting with clinic sales and pharmacy-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Nursing

- Assist the doctor during consultations and clinical procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization and hygiene.
- Take and record patient vitals and relevant clinical information.
- Provide patients with basic pre- and post-procedure instructions as directed by the doctor.
- Maintain accurate patient and treatment records.
- Ensure clinical supplies and equipment are adequately stocked.

Reception & Clinic Operations

- Manage patient appointments, registrations, calls and walk-ins.
- Handle billing, payments and basic administrative activities.
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure a smooth clinic experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional reception and clinic environment.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and scheduled treatments.

Patient Counselling & Sales

- Explain clinic treatments, packages and products to patients based on the doctor’s recommendations.
- Help patients understand their treatment plans and answer routine queries.
- Follow up with patients who have been advised treatments or procedures.




- Identify appropriate opportunities to help patients proceed with recommended treatments.
- Maintain a professional, ethical and patient-first approach to all sales interactions.

Pharmacy & Inventory

- Assist with maintaining pharmacy/clinic product inventory and stock records.
- Receive, organize and track medicines and clinic products.
- Monitor stock levels and expiry dates.
- Assist with billing and handing over prescribed medicines/products in accordance with the clinic’s processes and applicable regulations.

Performance Bonus

In addition to the fixed salary, the role offers a monthly performance bonus linked to successful conversion of high-value treatments and procedures.

The bonus structure will be explained during the interview.

What We Are Looking For

- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing qualification/registration.
- Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, dermatology/aesthetic clinic or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with patients and explaining treatments clearly.
- Professional, confident and well-groomed.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with basic billing/appointment systems.
- Willingness to take ownership of both clinical and non-clinical responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a small-clinic environment.

Key

This is not a purely nursing role. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute across nursing, patient coordination, reception, clinic operations and treatment/product conversions.

Working Hours: 9AM to 8PM

Weekly Off: Tuesday
