Job Summary

Aadhya Care Foundation is looking for a motivated and confident Fundraiser Executive to support our fundraising activities and help build relationships with donors, individuals, organizations, and potential supporters.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential donors and supporters.
- Conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective donors.
- Explain the foundation’s work, initiatives, and social-impact programs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with donors and supporters.
- Follow up with potential donors through calls, messages, and meetings.
- Meet assigned fundraising and outreach targets.
- Maintain records of donor interactions, follow-ups, and contributions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for fundraising activities and campaigns.




- Represent the foundation professionally during meetings and field visits.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Candidates with experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, business development, or NGO work will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
