About the Role

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and PO management, along with inventory management covering stock monitoring, record accuracy, reordering, and coordination with logistics to ensure smooth supply chain operations while minimizing costs and stock discrepancies.

Roles and Responsibilities

Procurement

- Source and manage reliable hardware vendors
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery for lowest cost
- Compare quotations before finalizing purchases
- Track market trends to strengthen negotiations
- Maintain vendor database and performance history
- Raise and track POs through delivery and closure
- Coordinate with vendors on confirmations and discrepancies
- Report on purchase spend, savings, and vendor performance





Inventory Management

- Monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking/stockouts
- Maintain accurate records and conduct stock audits
- Forecast inventory needs and plan reordering
- Ensure proper storage and organization of stock
- Track inward/outward movement (GRNs, dispatch records)
- Report slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged stock
- Coordinate with logistics for smooth stock movement
- Ensure compliance with inventory documentation
- Minimize wastage, shrinkage, and excess stock
- Generate inventory reports for management

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
