Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Real Estate Site Executive to assist with client coordination, property visits, sales follow-ups, and day-to-day site activities. The role involves regular interaction with clients and coordination with the site team to ensure smooth execution of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to property enquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Coordinate and assist with property visits.
- Explain property details and available options to prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Maintain records of enquiries, customer interactions, and site visits.
- Assist the team in achieving sales and customer service objectives.
- Visit project sites and monitor routine site activities.
- Coordinate with the site team and service personnel as required.




- Follow up on ongoing work and provide updates to management.
- Assist in coordinating installation and finishing-related activities at project sites.
- Ensure assigned site activities are completed within the expected timelines.
- Report site-related requirements or issues to the concerned team.

Requirements

- Previous experience in real estate, sales, field operations, site coordination, or a related role will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Responsible, organized, and qualified approach.
- Basic understanding of site activities will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
