Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated School Mentor to guide and support students preparing for NEET, JEE, and Class 11–12 Board exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor students’ academic performance, attendance, and discipline.
- Provide mentoring, academic guidance, and motivation.
- Identify learning gaps and coordinate necessary interventions.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress.
- Coordinate with faculty and academic teams.
- Maintain student performance records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
- Knowledge of Class 11–12 Board, NEET, and JEE curriculum.
- Solid communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor 35+ students.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
