This role is for someone who can edit videos, create strong visuals, work quickly, handle feedback properly, and take full ownership of their output. ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Video / Graphics Editor at Open Limits, you will be responsible for editing videos and creating graphics for social media, ads, ecommerce brands, client campaigns, and internal content. You will work on reels, product videos, ad creatives, thumbnails, banners, stories, and brand visuals. This role is suitable for someone with a strong creative eye, good editing speed, clean design sense, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced startup environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Edit reels, ads, product videos, interviews, social media videos, and other video content
- Create graphics for posts, ads, banners, stories, thumbnails, ecommerce content, and brand campaigns
- Work on cuts, captions, transitions, music, sound, color correction, and basic motion graphics
- Create clean, professional, and brand-aligned visuals based on client and team requirements
- Design creative assets for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and ad campaigns
- Manage raw files, project files, final videos, graphics, exports, and source files properly
- Coordinate with the team to understand briefs, timelines, revisions, and final output requirements
- Handle feedback and revisions quickly without compromising quality
- Maintain consistency in typography, layout, pacing, color, and visual presentation
- Deliver multiple creative tasks on time in a fast-paced work environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in video editing and graphic designing
- Positive knowledge of tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop,



Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar software
- Ability to edit short-form and long-form content for social media and digital platforms
- Strong creative eye for design, typography, pacing, composition, and visual storytelling
- Ability to create professional graphics and videos based on brand requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work quickly
- Responsible, punctual, organized, and accountable for assigned work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or agency environment

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Experience creating content for ecommerce brands, D2C brands, agencies, or small businesses
- Strong portfolio of reels, ads, product videos, social media creatives, and graphic designs
- Basic understanding of ad creatives, hooks, thumbnails, and content that performs on social media
- Experience with motion graphics, kinetic typography, subtitles, and animated elements
- Ability to edit content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
- Understanding of brand consistency, visual hierarchy, color, layout, and platform-specific formats
- Ability to work from raw footage, scripts, references, or rough ideas and turn them into polished output
- Fast execution speed with strong attention to detail

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Full-time, in-office role in Noida
- Salary: 25k-30k per month, depending on skills and experience
- Must be comfortable working on both video editing and graphic design tasks
- High-quality work, fast execution, high output, and ownership are expected
- Candidate should be serious, responsible, creative, and ready to work in a fast-paced company
- Willingness to complete a small practical task as part of the hiring process
