Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who can work with large operational and transactional datasets and convert data into clear, actionable business insights.

The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, detail-oriented and capable of independently identifying problems, trends, anomalies and performance gaps rather than simply preparing reports based on instructions.

This is a hands-on Data Analyst role focused on analysis, problem-solving and business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and performance gaps.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly data analysis and highlight significant changes.
- Identify unusual trends, sudden changes, recurring issues and areas requiring investigation.
- Analyse performance using both transaction volumes and percentages to understand the actual business impact.
- Compare current performance against previous periods and identify significant variances.
- Break down data by relevant business dimensions to identify where problems are occurring.
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide meaningful insights to relevant teams.
- Identify recurring patterns and potential operational issues before they become larger problems.
- Prepare analytical reports and dashboards for management and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain Power BI / Tableau dashboards and analytical reports.
- Translate complex data findings into simple, clear and actionable recommendations.
- Work with technical and business teams to investigate issues identified through data analysis.
- Continuously improve reporting and analytical processes.
- Proactively identify areas where data can help improve operational performance and decision-making.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on Data Analyst experience
- Solid SQL
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts




- Experience working with large datasets
- Experience with transactional or operational data
- Strong understanding of KPIs, trends and variance analysis
- Ability to identify patterns and anomalies independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Python for data analysis
- Experience with data visualisation and dashboard development
- Experience working with high-volume transactional or operational datasets
- Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, telecom, IoT or other data-driven environments
- Experience with data quality and validation

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who doesn't just prepare reports.

The right candidate should be able to look at a dataset and independently answer:

- What is happening?
- Where is the problem?
- How significant is it?
- What has changed?
- What pattern can be identified?
- What could be causing it?
- What should the team investigate or act on?

The candidate should be proactive, curious and comfortable working with raw data without needing every issue to be identified for them.

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
Working Days: Monday – Friday

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
