About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Collection Executive to manage customer collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely recovery of dues. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to handle customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers through calls, messages, and other communication channels regarding pending payments.
- Follow up regularly on outstanding and overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer payments, commitments, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers to understand payment issues and agree on realistic payment timelines.
- Ensure timely collection of assigned accounts as per company targets.
- Maintain daily collection and follow-up reports.
- Escalate difficult or long-pending cases to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Operations teams regarding payment status and discrepancies.
- Handle customer queries related to outstanding dues professionally.




- Ensure all collection activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and applicable guidelines.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in collections, telecalling, recovery, banking, finance, real estate, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
