Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage our blue-collar workforce, including technicians and warehouse personnel. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in logistics, warehouse, transportation, or field operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and manage teams comprising blue-collar workers, technicians, and warehouse staff.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across warehouse and logistics activities.
- Plan and allocate manpower based on workload, operational requirements, and business demands.
- Monitor workforce attendance, productivity, performance, and discipline.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including loading, unloading, inventory movement, and dispatch.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
- Address on-ground operational challenges and resolve employee grievances effectively.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly MIS reports covering productivity, attendance, manpower, and overall operations.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Maintain a positive work environment and motivate the team to achieve operational targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing blue-collar teams, technicians, warehouse staff, or field workforce.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on and practical approach to managing ground-level operations.
- Ability to plan manpower and manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic MIS/reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
