Job Summary Smartix is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executives to represent our brand at Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting Smartix products, and ensuring excellent brand visibility in a dynamic airport duty-free retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively promote Smartix products and build strong brand awareness among airport passengers.
- Approach customers, explain product features, and demonstrate usage effectively.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability, and uphold brand standards.
- Build robust customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and promotional guidelines.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to account managers.
- Ensure compliance with airport security rules and retail operational protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales counter.

Requirements





- Prior experience in sales, retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently engage and influence customers.
- Proactive and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic airport environment.
- Willingness to work flexible, rotational retail schedules (including day, night and weekend shifts as required by airport operations).
- Must be eligible for airport security clearance and required passes.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and inventory updates.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred for effective communication (Multilingual ability is an added advantage).

- Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month.
