Shadow Teacher

Location: HRM Global School, Pitampura

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and experienced Shadow Teacher to provide individualized academic, behavioural, and social support to assigned students in the school environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide one-to-one support to assigned students during classroom activities.

* Assist assigned students in understanding and completing academic tasks.

* Support the development of social, communication, and behavioural skills.

* Help assigned students follow classroom routines and school instructions.

* Coordinate with class teachers, special educators,



counsellors, and parents as required.

Requirements

* Graduate in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.

* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

* Experience working with children requiring individual learning or behavioural support.

* Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

* Patient, empathetic, and responsible.
