We are expanding our Sales & Support Team and are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals who are confident in communication, comfortable handling clients, and willing to grow with the organization.

Freshers are welcome, provided they have strong English communication skills and a genuine interest in sales and customer handling. Complete training will be provided.

Role and Responsibilities

- Interact with customers professionally over calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company services clearly and confidently.
- Handle customer queries and ensure smooth coordination throughout the project.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients and maintain timely communication.
- Identify customer requirements and assist in converting suitable leads into sales.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project updates, escalations, and completion.
- Identify new or additional service opportunities based on customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales, follow-up, and performance targets.





Who Can Apply

- Have good English communication skills — mandatory.
- Are confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Have valuable convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Have a customer-focused and professional approach.
- Are comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Have basic computer knowledge, including Email, WhatsApp Web, and Microsoft Office.
- Can manage multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently.
- Are responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Have a genuine interest in Sales, Inside Sales, and Customer Support.

Experience

- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, Customer Support, or Client Handling will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication, confidence, and a strong interest in sales can also apply.

Important Information

- No fieldwork required.
- No technical background required.
- This is an office-based Inside Sales & Customer Support role.
- Candidates should be comfortable with regular calling and client follow-ups.
- Candidates must be comfortable working with sales and performance targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
