Key Responsibilities:
Independent Prospecting: Identify, cultivate, and convert potential clients independently. Please note that lead generation is entirely candidate-driven (no company-provided leads).
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and deliver upon mutually agreed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and business targets.
Autonomous Work Style:



Exercise complete operational autonomy over your schedule—work at your own pace without daily micromanagement or internal pressure.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Fluent and persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
Self-driven work ethic with a robust focus on target delivery and client acquisition.
Compensation Structure:
100% Commission-Based: Renumeration is strictly output-driven.
Per-Conversion Payout: You will be compensated on a per-customer basis upon successful acquisition/target completion.

Pay: ₹12,411.27 - ₹45,519.08 per month
