About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with strong knowledge of female ethnic wear, market trends, sourcing and vendor management. The candidate should have a strong eye for design, pricing and commercial potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Track fashion trends, customer preferences and sales data.
- Source new designs, fabrics, trims and value additions.
- Identify, onboard and manage suppliers, manufacturers and artisans across India.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, quality and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Sales and Logistics for smooth execution.
- Conduct market visits, competitor research and supplier visits.
- Maintain vendor records, cost sheets and procurement reports.




- Ensure timely sourcing as per seasonal and business requirements.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years’ experience in female ethnic wear procurement, sourcing or merchandising.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, silhouettes and ethnic wear trends.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong market understanding and product selection ability.
- Positive communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India.
- Fashion/Apparel industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
