The candidate must have relevant teaching/training experience, strong knowledge of HR practices, and practical understanding of statutory compliance and payroll management.

The candidate should be capable of connecting academic concepts with real-world HR practices and preparing students for professional HR roles.

Key Responsibilities1. Teaching & Academic Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and structured lectures on Human Resource Management and related subjects.
- Prior teaching/training experience in HR or a related management discipline is mandatory.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, case studies, and practical activities.
- Conduct assessments, examinations, presentations, and student evaluations.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career-oriented support to students.
- Use practical examples, industry cases, HR scenarios, and role plays to enhance learning.
- Maintain proper academic records, attendance, assessment reports, and student performance records.

2. HR Practical & Industry Training

- Train students in practical HR processes followed by organizations.
- Demonstrate recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee documentation, performance management, and employee engagement processes.
- Provide practical exposure to HR documentation and HRMS/HR software wherever applicable.
- Guide students in preparing HR reports, policies, letters, and professional documentation.

3. Statutory Compliance – Mandatory Knowledge

The candidate must have strong practical knowledge of statutory HR compliance, including:

- Provident Fund (PF / EPF)
- Employees' State Insurance (ESI)
- Professional Tax (PT), wherever applicable
- Labour welfare requirements




- Minimum Wages and wage-related compliance
- Payment of Wages and applicable labour laws
- Leave, working hours, overtime, and attendance-related compliance
- Gratuity and bonus-related provisions
- Employee records and statutory registers
- Labour law compliance and HR documentation
- Understanding of current statutory requirements and compliance updates

4. Payroll Management – Mandatory Knowledge

The candidate must possess practical payroll processing knowledge, including:

- Monthly salary processing
- Attendance and leave integration with payroll
- Salary calculations and deductions
- PF and ESI calculations
- Qualified Tax and other applicable deductions
- Overtime calculations
- Salary advances and adjustments
- Incentives, bonuses, and variable pay
- Full & Final Settlement
- Payslip preparation and payroll records
- Statutory payroll compliance and reporting
- Basic understanding of payroll software/HRMS

5. Student Development

- Conduct practical workshops and HR activities.
- Mentor students for interviews and HR career opportunities.
- Support placement-oriented training and mock interviews.
- Help students develop professional communication and workplace skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Mandatory Eligibility & Skills





- Relevant teaching/training experience in Human Resource Management is mandatory.
- Practical HR industry experience will be highly preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of statutory payroll and HR compliance is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and salary administration.
- Master's degree/MBA in Human Resource Management, HR, Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex HR concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Knowledge of current HR practices, labour laws, payroll systems, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to handle classroom management and student mentoring effectively.

Preferred Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant teaching/training experience is preferred, along with practical HR/payroll experience.

Candidates with a combination of HR industry experience + teaching/training experience will be given preference.

Important Requirement

Teaching experience is mandatory for this position. Candidates without relevant teaching/training experience in HR or a closely related field will not be considered. Strong practical knowledge of statutory HR compliance and payroll processing is also mandatory.

Pay: ₹11,013.11 - ₹33,098.26 per month
