Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. The candidate will assist in developing architectural designs, preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring projects are executed according to design specifications. Key Responsibilities - Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings. - Prepare 2D drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD. - Create and modify 3D models and presentations using SketchUp/Revit. - Assist senior architects in design development and documentation. - Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, contractors, and site teams. - Visit project sites to understand site conditions and monitor design implementation. - Prepare material, furniture, and finish specifications when required. - Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project requirements. - Make revisions based on client and senior architect feedback.



- Maintain project drawings, documents, and design records. Required Skills - Good knowledge of AutoCAD. - Working knowledge of SketchUp and/or Revit. - Basic understanding of architectural planning, construction, and materials. - Positive knowledge of architectural drawings and detailing. - Strong attention to detail and creativity. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple projects. Qualification - B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution. - Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience can apply. Preferred Candidate - Creative and passionate about architecture and design. - Willing to learn and take responsibility. - Comfortable with site visits and coordination. - Candidates with a strong portfolio will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
