Role Purpose: The Graphic Designer will support the creative team by executing high-quality static designs across digital and print channels, assist with product packaging design tasks, and build proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered design tools under the guidance of the Senior Graphic Designer.

Key Responsibilities

1. Static Creative Design & Execution

- Design static creatives for digital and print channels as per briefs and templates (social posts, banners, ads, collateral)
- Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and given specifications
- Execute design variations and resizes across formats/platforms

2. Product Packaging Design Support

- Assist the Senior Designer in developing packaging design concepts and artwork
- Execute revisions and print-ready adjustments to packaging files
- Support dieline and mockup preparation

3. AI Tool Application in Design

- Use AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.) to support ideation and speed up routine tasks
- Apply AI-assisted image generation/editing for mockups and quick concepts under guidance
- Stay updated on new AI design tools introduced by the team

4. Brand Guideline Compliance

- Follow established brand guidelines, templates, and design standards in all work
- Flag inconsistencies or gaps found in existing brand assets

Revision Turnaround & Responsiveness

- Implement feedback from the Senior Designer/stakeholders promptly and accurately
- Manage time effectively across multiple assigned tasks

6. Skill Development & File Management

- Continuously build proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI design tools
- Participate in training/upskilling sessions
- Maintain organised project files, layers, and version control
