About the Role

Yellow Yards is looking for a proactive and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior projects at various sites in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior site execution, vendor coordination, manpower management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
- Monitor manpower and allocate work effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track daily site progress and ensure projects are completed within the planned timelines.
- Check measurements, materials, workmanship, and finishing quality at every stage.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
- Identify and resolve site-level execution issues promptly.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, photographs, and attendance records.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding site progress and execution-related requirements.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure proper snag identification and closure.
- Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, discipline, and housekeeping at the project site.
- Assist with final inspections, snag rectification,



and project handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in interior site supervision or interior project execution.
- Diploma/Degree in civil engineering, interior design, architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Valuable understanding of interior works such as carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand interior/architectural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of measurements, BOQs, and material requirements.
- Strong vendor, contractor, and manpower coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and digital reporting.
- Willingness to travel between project sites in Hyderabad.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are required
