Role:

- Find, screen and onboard talent across our verticals - starting with our campus ambassador program and expanding into hiring for other teams as we grow.
- This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one, not a shadowing internship.

Responsibilities:

- Post and manage internship/job listings across platforms (Unstop, Internshala, LinkedIn)
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates against role requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Assist in designing and running onboarding/orientation for new hires
- Maintain a simple hiring tracker (candidates, stages, status)
- Support in building HR processes as the company scales (offer letters, exit process, performance tracking)

Requirements:

- Robust communication skills, comfortable reaching out to and screening candidates
- Organized, reliable, able to manage multiple hiring pipelines at once
- Prior HR/recruitment exposure (even informal — college fest hiring, club recruitment) is a plus, not mandatory
- Available for consistent weekly hours
