Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent
Industry: Steel, DRI, Ferro Alloys, Power

Job Summary

Real Group is looking for an experienced and technically solid professional to support the Director in technical operations, plant performance, costing, MIS, cost optimization and strategic coordination. The role requires close coordination with plant and corporate functions along with frequent plant visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in technical and operational planning and plant performance monitoring
- Monitor production, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, costing and operational KPIs
- Prepare MIS, cost sheets, management reports and variance analysis
- Support raw material evaluation, procurement and inventory planning
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
- Coordinate with Production, Finance, Procurement, Stores, Maintenance and Quality teams
- Conduct plant visits, operational reviews and root cause analysis for key issues




- Support shutdown planning, Kaizen, Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize SAP PP/MM, Advanced Excel and Power BI for analysis and reporting
- Assist the Director with strategic projects and cross-functional follow-ups

- DRI, SMS, EAF, LRF, VD and CCM
- Ferro Alloys and Plant Operations
- Plant Costing and Cost Optimization
- MIS and Management Reporting
- Power BI and Advanced Excel
- OEE, MTBF, MTTR and RCA
- Production Planning and Control

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in steel or metallurgical plant operations, along with sound analytical, costing, MIS and cross-functional coordination skills. The candidate should be willing to undertake frequent plant visits and work closely with senior management and plant teams.
