HR Intern – Night Shift

Job Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand – On-site

Working Hours: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team for the night shift. The intern will support candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and other recruitment activities while gaining practical experience in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

- Screen candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate interactions and collect relevant information.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and selection status.

- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.

- Assist in preparing and posting job openings.

- Coordinate with the recruitment team on ongoing hiring requirements.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates.

- Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.





Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of recruitment experience can apply.

- Positive English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Willingness to work in the night shift.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

- Candidates interested in building a career in HR/Recruitment are preferred.
