Position: CNC Operator
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: B-29, Ghaziabad–Bulandshahr Road
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator with 2–3 years of relevant experience to operate CNC machines and perform precision machining operations as per engineering drawings, production requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines for turning, facing, drilling, boring, threading, and other machining operations.
- Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to job requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Load and run CNC programs and make basic offsets/corrections as required.
- Perform tool setting, tool changes, and workpiece alignment.
- Set appropriate cutting parameters such as speed, feed, and depth of cut.
- Inspect finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and required surface finish.




- Monitor machine operations and identify basic tooling or machining issues.
- Maintain machines, tools, and workplace cleanliness.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Report machine breakdowns, tooling issues, and quality concerns to the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of relevant experience as a CNC Operator.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Hands-on experience operating CNC machines.
- Knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc/Siemens preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of cutting tools, tool offsets, and machining parameters.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
- Basic machine-setting and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of industrial safety practices.
