We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and motivated Student Visa & Admissions Process Executive to join our overseas education team in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete student admission and visa application process.
- Process university and college applications and regularly follow up on pending applications.
- Ensure timely and regular follow-ups with students, universities and other concerned parties.
- Guide students throughout the complete admission and visa process.
- Answer queries during the process and clearly explain procedures, requirements and next steps to students as well as their parents.
- Prepare, review and organize admission and visa documentation.
- Perform detailed document checking to identify missing, incorrect or inconsistent information before submission.
- Handle offer letters, application follow-ups, GS documentation, COE and visa-related documentation.
- Review academic, financial and supporting documents carefully.
- Maintain accurate records of every student file and ensure deadlines are followed.
- Take ownership and responsibility for assigned student files from application through completion.

Candidate Requirements

- Must be responsible, organized and proactive in nature.




- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple student files and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when checking documents.
- Very valuable command of English, both written and spoken.
- Spoken English and communication skills should be professional and confident.
- Must be comfortable communicating with students and parents and explaining processes in a simple manner.
- Good computer skills and ability to work with emails, documentation and online portals.
- Previous experience in overseas education, admissions or visa processing is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they have excellent English communication, good management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,028.69 - ₹32,554.96 per month
