Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirement gathering and business process analysis for Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Configure and customize BC modules including Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), process flows, and gap-fit analysis
- Coordinate with technical consultants for extensions and integrations
- Support data migration, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support
- Conduct end-user training and prepare user manuals
- Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system optimization
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on best practices and BC capabilities

Required Skills & Experience:

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
- Solid understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
- Experience in full lifecycle BC implementations
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience working with AL developers and technical teams
