Roles & Responsibilities :
Have a strong understanding of the pesticide products.
Find potential dealers and distributors to convert them into buyers.
Reach out to recent and existing customers to understand their needs.
Highlight key features and benefits of the company's products.
Analyse costs and customer requirements to offer suitable solutions.
Negotiate prices and terms to close deals successfully.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback for future Improvements.
Qualification :
B.Sc. (Agri)/ Diploma in Agriculture or BSC CHEM
Experience :
2 to 3 years Preferable experience of Agro Chemical & Fertilizer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
