Job Summary

MetaDerm is looking for a General Billing Executive to manage patient billing, payment collection and basic billing-related activities at our Neelangarai, ECR centre. This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with basic billing or front-office experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process patient/customer bills accurately.
- Handle cash, card, UPI and other payment collections.
- Generate invoices and receipts as required.
- Maintain daily billing and payment records.
- Verify billing details and ensure accuracy of charges.
- Assist patients/customers with billing-related queries.
- Coordinate with the front office and other departments for smooth billing operations.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, receipts and payment records.
- Ensure the billing counter is organised and professional.
- Perform other basic administrative tasks related to billing as assigned.

Candidate Requirements





- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good numerical and calculation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, presentable and professional.
- Polite and patient-friendly approach.
- Willingness to learn and work in a healthcare/clinic environment.
- No specific prior experience is required. Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates residing in or around Neelangarai / ECR will be preferred.

Salary

- Maximum CTC: ₹20,000 per month
- Approximate Take-Home: ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours

Approximately 10:00 AM to 7:00/8:00 PM
