Position: HR Executive (Generalist)

Location : Nehru Place, Delhi

Qualifications :-

Any graduation plus MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.

Experience:- 2 to 4 years,

Key Results:-

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various functions and levels.
- Manage End to End recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview, assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain and expand a talent pipeline to support organizational growth and ensure timely hiring.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and maintaining HR records, employee files and data accuracy.
- Handling & preparing payroll - attendance, leaves, inputs to accounts and deductions.
- Managing grievances and resolving employee quires in a timely manner.
- Preparing monthly MIS reports for HR activities.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
