Job Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor customer accounts and outstanding receivables.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and maintain Ageing Reports and outstanding statements.
- Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams regarding pending payments.
- Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and follow-up activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Update payment and collection details in Tally / ERP / Excel.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
