An Accounts Executive manages an organization's financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance (GST/TDS) to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Financial Operations: Handling day-to-day bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing bank reconciliations.
- Compliance & Reporting: Preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns, and assisting in month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Support: Supporting internal/external audits and working with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.




- Client/Vendor Management: Handling vendor payments and following up on client invoicing. Archer & Angel +4

Core Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), tax laws, and financial reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Organization: Robust organizational skills to handle multiple tasks like petty cash and invoicing across branches.
