- Education: 10th, 12th, Diploma, Degree
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales or a similar role in the financial services industry will be an added advantage ( Two wheeler loan )
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial products, credit assessment, and industry regulations.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Achievement of sales targets.
- Lead conversion rate.
- Customer retention and satisfaction levels.
- Accuracy in documentation and compliance adherence.
- Contribution to revenue growth.
