Job Description: Sales Back Office Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Back Office Executive to support our field sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales coordination, be fluent in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the field sales team to manage daily sales activities and client follow-ups.

Draft and respond to professional emails to clients, vendors, and internal departments.

Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing data for management review.





Handle customer queries and coordinate with the technical/service teams for resolution.

Maintain effective communication between internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Follow up on pending payments and assist in collections when necessary.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support/back office/sales coordination role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must.

Strong email drafting and business communication skills.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience in machinery or manufacturing industry is preferred.

Fluent in English & Hindi

Additional Details:

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,607.64 - ₹21,559.63 per month
