We are Hiring an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automobile sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.

* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales plans.

* Motivate a high-performing sales team.

* Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, customer inquiries, and vehicle sales.

* Ensure proper inventory management and pricing strategies.

* Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

* Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

* Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
