Job Description

We are looking for a Placement Officer to manage and coordinate placement activities for our students and build strong relationships with companies and recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate student placement and recruitment activities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruitment agencies.

- Identify and arrange suitable job opportunities for students.

- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement events.

- Guide students throughout the placement process.

- Maintain placement records and prepare regular reports.

- Follow up with employers and students regarding placement updates.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Robust coordination and organizational abilities.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
