We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our solar sales team. You will be responsible for mentoring sales reps, driving performance to meet revenue targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction, directly contributing to our expansion in the renewable energy sector
- Lead, train, and motivate sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base for solar PV systems.
- Coordinate with technical, engineering, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and site assessment to proposal presentation and contract closure.
- Provide technical guidance on solar solutions, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and local energy incentives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
