Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, outgoing, articulate, and people-oriented Guest Experience & Public Speaking Executive who can professionally interact with guests, host visitors, and confidently speak in front of groups.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable addressing large groups of guests, explaining our tea, brand, products, and experiences, and creating a warm and memorable experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage guests with a warm, confident, and professional attitude.

- Conduct tea experiences, presentations, demonstrations, and guest interactions.

- Speak confidently in front of groups, VIP guests, corporate visitors, and tourists.

- Introduce guests to the brand, tea culture, products, and unique tea experiences.

- Explain tea varieties, brewing methods, tasting notes, and interesting stories in an engaging manner.

- Host guest sessions, events, tastings, and special experiences.

- Interact with guests and encourage questions and conversations.

- Maintain excellent guest relations and ensure a premium hospitality experience.

- Represent the brand professionally during events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

- Coordinate with the café/store/operations team to ensure smooth guest experiences.





- Handle unexpected guest situations with confidence and professionalism.

- Continuously improve presentation, storytelling, communication, and product knowledge.

Candidate Profile

- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

- Highly confident speaking in front of large groups and guests.

- Outgoing, energetic, friendly, and approachable personality.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable interacting with VIPs, tourists, corporate guests, and diverse audiences.

- Strong storytelling and presentation ability.

- Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of Bengali/Nepali will be an added advantage.

- Presentable, well-groomed, and professionally confident.

- Ability to keep guests engaged and interested during presentations.

- Hospitality, tourism, aviation, events, retail, café, or luxury customer-service experience will be an advantage.

- Freshers with exceptional communication and public-speaking skills may also be considered.
