Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Executive to manage property sales, client relationships, site visits, and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable properties, and supporting clients throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Promote residential and commercial properties to prospective customers.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
- Explain property specifications, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate with customers and coordinate the closing process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and property developers.




- Coordinate with legal, finance, documentation, and operations teams when required.
- Stay updated on local property-market trends, projects, pricing, and competitors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or business development is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property visits.
- Customer-focused attitude and robust follow-up skills.
