We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and communication-oriented Telecaller / Education Sales Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, understanding their requirements, explaining our English language and professional training programmes, following up with leads and converting enquiries into admissions.

The role involves promoting programmes offered under Englu and training programmes conducted by Ali Muhammedali, including English communication, public speaking, communication skills, leadership and other personal and professional development programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students, parents and other leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain course features, benefits, schedules, fees and admission procedures clearly.
- Understand the needs of prospective students and recommend suitable programmes.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain proper records.
- Convert enquiries into registrations/admissions through effective communication.
- Handle questions and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the trainer/team regarding admissions and programme schedules.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.
- Support promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.




- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Pleasant and confident telephone communication.
- Ability to speak persuasively without being pushy.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
- Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work towards admission/conversion targets.
- Previous experience in telecalling, education sales, counselling or customer service will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
