We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, MIS reporting, statutory compliance, and vendor/payment management. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with indirect tax compliance, fixed asset accounting, and internal audit coordination, and is comfortable working with high-volume financial data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Accounts & Payments

1. Process vendor payments against purchase orders; manage CAPEX and OPEX tracking

2. Handle Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable, including invoicing and vendor reconciliation

3. Manage cash and bank liquidity, and monitor day-to-day banking transactions and reconciliations

MIS & Reporting

1. Prepare and present summarized MIS reports from high-volume data to support budgeting and expense control

2. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for management review

3. Support finalization of accounts within defined timelines

Statutory Compliance

1. Manage GST filings and reconciliations across multiple GST registrations

2. Handle TDS deductions, challan submissions, return filing, and issuance of Form 16/16A

3.



Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Fixed Assets & Audit

1. Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Assets Register, including physical verification and capitalization

2. Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors; support audit finalization and due diligence processes

3. Identify and assess financial/operational risks and support mitigation strategies

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com); MBA in Finance or equivalent preferred

2. 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounts, finance, or audit functions

3. Solid working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance

4. Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, and/or SAP; advanced Excel skills required

5. Robust attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data accurately
6. Good communication skills; able to liaise with banks, vendors, and auditors

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
