Shooting Stars Foundation is rolling out a large-scale skilling initiative in partnership with IBM SkillsBuild and AFCSR to reach tens of thousands of college students across India. As an Outreach Executive, you will be on the frontlines of this mission - driving college onboarding, student participation, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively reach out to colleges via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to onboard colleges/students into the program
- Pitch the program clearly and confidently to college stakeholders (faculty, placement cells, coordinators)
- Drive student participation and registrations from onboarded colleges
- Maintain accurate outreach logs, responses, and conversions in the tracker
- Coordinate closely with your reporting manager on daily priorities, targets, and follow-ups
- Act fast on feedback, iterate outreach scripts, and improve conversion rates continuously

What Success Looks Like

- Consistent daily outreach volume (40 colleges per day)




- Strong college response and onboarding rates
- Clean, up-to-date trackers with zero ambiguity
- Predictable conversions week after week

Profile We’re Looking For

- Grit over gloss - you don’t stop at the first “no”
- Comfortable with targets, trackers, and tight review cycles
- Excellent English knowledge is a must - both written and oral
- Clear communicator on calls and messages
- Highly disciplined with follow-ups and data hygiene
- Need to own their laptop for project use and have own internet access and phone / whatsapp options
- Prior outreach, inside sales, admissions, or field coordination experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Role Details

- Contract role (4/5 months)
- Full-time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Some week night / weekend hours required as part of events / scheduled meetings etc)
