Experience Required: 5–6 years in Automotive/Manufacturing Industry

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Preventive maintenance planning and execution for production machines and utilities.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Maintain records, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams for smooth operations.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team with solid focus on safety.
- Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Hands‑on experience with manufacturing equipment and utilities.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motors, and industrial automation.
- Good troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Familiarity with TPM, 5S, and maintenance planning.
- Effective communication, leadership, and team management abilities.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
