Designation: Techno Commercial Manager - Food & Nutra (Zonal Position)

Role Overview:

The Techno Commercial Manager for Food & Nutra holds a critical role in driving technical excellence and commercial success within the Food & Nutraceutical sector at the zonal level. This position is responsible for leading the coordination between technical aspects and commercial objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Reporting directly to the Head of Food & Nutraceutical Ingredients, the incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, market presence, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the sales and business development teams on food and nutraceutical ingredients, formulations, and applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in the food and nutraceutical sectors.
- Commercial Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion within the Food & Nutra segment.
- Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business development and differentiation.
- Customer Engagement:
- Engage with key customers and stakeholders to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and business objectives related to food and nutraceutical ingredients.
- Provide technical support and solutions to address customer inquiries, concerns,



and product applications.
- Product Development:
- Work closely with the product development teams to identify new product opportunities, develop innovative formulations, and enhance existing products based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including R&D;, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to ensure timely development and launch of new products.
- Market Intelligence:
- Gather market intelligence and insights on food and nutraceutical industry trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory changes to inform product development and commercial strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, R&D;, and Quality Assurance, to ensure alignment of technical and commercial objectives and seamless execution of business plans.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and commercial teams, facilitating communication and alignment to achieve common goals.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs)



for technical and commercial activities within the Food & Nutra segment and monitor performance against targets.
- Generate regular reports providing insights into technical developments, market trends, and commercial performance, and use data-driven analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutritional Sciences, Chemistry, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in technical or commercial roles within the food and nutraceutical industry, with a strong understanding of ingredient functionalities, formulations, and applications.
- Proven track record of driving technical excellence and commercial success in the food and nutraceutical sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams towards common objectives.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned zone as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
