HR Intern

Location: Pune
Duration: 2 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000–₹7,000/month

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist in HR documentation and daily HR activities.
- Support the team in recruitment and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

- Graduate/MBA/PGDM student in HR or related field.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome.

Pay: From ₹8,086.00 per month
