- Handle customer queries and complaints related to rental properties and maintenance.
- Coordinate and conduct property visits for rental properties.
- Coordinate rental agreements, documentation, and signatures with customers.
- Follow up with customers for agreement renewals, rent-related matters, and required documents.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for customer complaints and property-related issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and service complaints.
- Maintain proper records of rental properties, agreements, customer details, and maintenance requests.
- Regularly follow up with customers after resolution to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with accounts, maintenance, legal, and site teams wherever required.
- Prepare and submit monthly customer/rental/maintenance reports.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and ensure a positive customer experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
